A pre-release that is open to any ServiceTitan user who wants to participate. Any user can use the product and give feedback as the official release approaches.
Closed beta
A pre-release which is limited to certain users. Users must be selected to use the product and be approved before they have access.
General Availability
The official release of the product. All users are given access.

The process of how ServiceTitan connects directly to the supplier and validates user accounts.
Catalog Integration
The process of managing content using Pricebook Connect.
Cost Integration
The process of how the costs from the supplier catalog can be synced to the contractors' catalog for periodic updates.
Purchase order integration
The ability to create purchase orders in ServiceTitan and send them digitally to the supplier.
Real-time pricing
Used to retrieve up-to-date costs from the supplier. Only triggered when the purchase order is created.
Real-time availability
Used to retrieve up-to-date quantity levels at that specific time from the supplier. Only triggered when the purchase order is created.
Branch-based purchasing
Used when home service providers purchase items from a branch other than their default. Commonly due to availability, urgency, and/or proximity to a job site.
