# How to Fix Invoices with Missing Logo and Other Formatting Issues When Printed Out

## Problem

Your invoices suddenly look off when printed out. The logo is missing and there are major formatting issues.

## Solution

1. Do a hard refresh of the page.
  1. On Windows, hold down Ctrl and Shift, then press R. Alternatively, hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
  2. On Mac, hold down Shift and click the Reload button. Alternatively, hold down Command, Shift, and click the R key.
2. Check if the invoices look normal after the hard refresh.
