Where can I find and enable the Skills feature in ServiceTitan?

Problem

The Skills feature is missing from the Operations menu.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Enable the Skills feature

  1. Refresh your ServiceTitan.

  2. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings .

  3. In the side panel, click Your Account > Feature Configurations.

  4. Find the Enable Skills for Technicians and Job Types option.

  5. Click the toggle to enable it. 

  6. Go back to the Operations section and verify that Skills is now visible.
