Overview

If you're migrating your business data from ServiceFusion, you can get started with ServiceTitan faster by exporting and then importing your data to ServiceTitan during onboarding. Instead of manually reentering information about your business, ServiceTitan can automate this process for you, saving you time and money.

Things to know

  • Do not change the file format of your downloaded data before uploading.

  • If you receive an error when trying to run these reports, try to run them in one year batches. If you still receive an error after running a one year batch, reach out to the software provider for assistance.

Export your ServiceFusion data

  1. In the top navigation bar, click Reports > Custom ReportsService Fusion reports dashboard displaying various sales and accounting report options.

  2. On the Customer Report screen, select all available columns to include in the report by selecting all options in the Available Options box and moving them to the Selected Options box using the right arrow button >.

  3. Click Excel for Report Type.

  4. Click Generate ReportOptions for customizing an invoice report, including report type selection and generation button.

  5. Repeat the same process for Customers, Equipment and Service Locations.

  6. Run the custom report for Sales by Customer with the date range going back as far as it will allow in order to export your past Jobs. Sales data options for customers over various time periods are displayed above.

  7. Run the custom report for Sales by Product/Service with the date range going back as far as it will allow to export your Invoice Items. Overview of sales data by product or service for different time periods.
