Enable Second Chance Leads for Basic Phones

Overview

This workflow lets you purchase Second Chance Leads directly in ServiceTitan. Once purchased, the feature is available in your account for setup, allowing for quick and easy activation.


Who uses this feature

  • Owners, managers and administrators

  • Applies to all business types

Feature configuration

  • Call Recordings must be enabled and configured for Second Chance Leads to function. Depending on your package, you may not have access to this feature. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager for assistance.

Things to know

  • Second Chance Leads is available to those on Basic Phones and Phones Pro. Setup steps vary slightly depending on which version you're using. For more, see Set up Second Chance Leads for Phones Pro and Set up Second Chance Leads for Basic Phones.

  • Only individuals with the company position of Business Owner or General Manager can purchase Second Chance Leads through the ServiceTitan interface. Administrators need to contact sales for access to the feature.

  • The Second Chance Leads screen offers an overview of the feature, customer feedback, and a list of frequently asked questions. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our sales team by clicking Talk to Sales at the bottom of the page.

  • The pricing is dependent on the call volume. You will be billed immediately after placing an order. So, it's important to set up your account right away.

Purchase Second Chance Leads

If your position is set to Business Owner or General Manager in Settings, you can purchase the Second Chance Leads feature directly through your ServiceTitan account without needing to contact sales.

To purchase Second Chance Leads:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Calls .

  2. In the side menu, click Second Chance Leads under Booking.

  3. In the Second Chance Leads License section, click Buy NowOverview of Second Chance Leads service with pricing and features highlighted for users.

  4. On the Checkout screen that opens, review your order.

  5. Enter your Company Legal Name and check the box to agree to the terms of use.        

    Note: You must have these requirements in place before you can place the order.

  6. On the Review Terms screen that opens, review the terms and conditions, then click I Agree.        

    Note: Scroll to the bottom of the page to activate the button; it won't be clickable until you do.

  7. When finished, click Place Order.

Note: Billing starts right away. You'll need to set up your account without delay.

The system will indicate that you've successfully purchased the Second Chance Leads feature. Click Get Started to Set up Second Chance Leads.

Contact a sales representative

As an administrator, you can use the ServiceTitan platform to request assistance from a sales representative to activate Second Chance Leads.

To talk to a sales representative:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Calls .

  2. In the side menu, click Second Chance Leads under Booking.

  3. In the Second Chance Leads License section, click Talk to SalesOverview of Second Chance Leads service with pricing and features for potential customers.

  4. On the Talk to Sales screen that opens, fill out the fields then click Talk to SalesForm for contacting sales with fields for name, email, phone, and company name.A pop-up will confirm that we've received your request. Confirmation message indicating request receipt for a sales demo setup.

  5. Click Done to close the screen.

Tip: You can also access the Second Chance Leads activation screen by navigating to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Phones > Second Chance Leads > Learn More.
