Enable Committed Costs in Job Costing

Problem

You want to view committed costs on your project job costing and job costing flyouts, but you don't see the feature on any of your project costing flyouts or in any job costing flyout.

Solution

1. Reach out to ServiceTitan Technical Support.

2. The agent will confirm that you have the permission for data changes enabled.

3. The agent will enable the Committed Costs in Job Costing feature for your account.

4. You will receive a follow-up email at the email address provided with the case number for your records.

You should now be able to view committed costs on your projects and job costing flyouts.

Note: The View job costing permission must be granted for a user to view job costing.
