Problem
Duplicate customers are populating in QuickBooks after exporting invoices and payments from ServiceTitan.
Solution
Check if the customer is the same in both ServiceTitan and QuickBooks.
Make sure that the spacing is the same between the customer names in ServiceTitan and QuickBooks.
Copy and paste the name from the customer profile in ServiceTitan with the name in QuickBooks.
To copy the name in QuickBooks:
Click Sales > Customers > Customer Name.
Click Edit.
Highlight and press Ctrl + C on the customer name in the Display Name As field to copy the name into the clipboard.
Paste the customer name in ServiceTitan. Press Ctrl + V to paste from the clipboard.
