#### Where can I access my Dispatch Board alerts configuration?

Go to **Settings > Dispatch Board > Alerts**.

#### Can I disable Dispatch Board alerts?

You can only disable *Late Arrival* alerts and *Running Over* alerts in **Settings > Dispatch Board > Alerts**.

#### How do I clear the red alert border around a completed job on the Dispatch Board?

To remove a red alert from a completed job:

1. Make sure you're viewing the correct day on the Dispatch Board.
2. Scroll to the Job Tray at the bottom of the Dispatch Board.
3. Click the **Alerts** tab to view all alerts for the day.
4. Find the alert related to the job in question.
5. Click the **X** icon next to the alert to clear it.
6. Refresh the Dispatch Board and confirm that the red alert around the completed job is gone.

## Late

#### What does the Late alert mean and how is it triggered?

The *Late* alert means the technician did not dispatch to their scheduled job on time. The alert triggered can be different for each office employee. You can choose the alert to appear after the job start time, the job end time, the Arrival Window start time, or the arrival window end time in **Settings > Dispatch Board > Alerts**.

#### What should I do if I see a Late alert on the Dispatch Board?

Call the customer to let them know the technician is running late or consider shifting a technician's remaining scheduled jobs for the day to account for the delay. After you've taken these steps, you can delete the late alert by hovering over the red *Late* tag in the *Alerts* tray and clicking the![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/dispatch-board-alerts-faq-image-4n9fjp7k.png)icon.

#### What does the Running Over alert mean and how is it triggered?

The *Running Over* alert means the job wasn't marked as complete before the scheduled end time. The alert triggered can be different for each office employee. You can choose how long after the scheduled end time you would like the alert to appear in **Settings > Dispatch Board > Alerts**.

#### What should I do if I see a Running Over alert on the Dispatch Board?

Similar to the *Late* alert, you can call the technician's next customer to let them know the technician may be late, or consider shifting a technician's remaining scheduled jobs for the day to account for the delay. After you've taken these steps, delete the alert by hovering over the red *Running Over* tag in the *Alerts* tray and clicking the![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/dispatch-board-alerts-faq-image-849ptvjl.png)icon.

> **Note:** The Running Over alert will be automatically cleared when the appointment is completed.

## Not Completed

#### What does the Not Completed alert mean and how is it triggered?

The *Not Completed* alert means all appointments on the job have a *Done* status but the job itself is not complete. The job's invoice will not appear on the *Accounting* screen to be batched and exported, which can cause accounting discrepancies. This alert is triggered when a technician is working the final appointment on a job and requests an additional appointment, or when a cancelation is removed on a job where the technician who arrived to the job was unassigned.

#### What should I do if I see a Not Completed alert on the Dispatch Board?

Review the job to confirm no additional appointments are required. If no additional appointments are required, complete the job, at which point the *Not Completed* alert will be automatically cleared.

## Appointment Request

#### What does the Appointment Request alert mean and how is it triggered?

The *Appointment Request* alert means that a technician has requested an additional appointment on their job. The alert is triggered when the technician selects the **I need another appointment scheduled** option in ServiceTitan Mobile.

Review the job to confirm if an additional appointment is required. ## Job completed early, remove not needed appointment

#### What does the Job completed early, remove not needed appointment alert mean and how is it triggered?

This alert means the technician completed the job with unused appointments remaining. It's triggered when the technician taps **Closeout > Complete the Job** in ServiceTitan Mobile.

#### What should I do if I see a Job completed early, remove not needed appointment alert on the Dispatch Board?

Delete the unused appointment or reopen the job. In the Job Record, click **More** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/dispatch-board-alerts-faq-image-3b8lum0h.png) next to the unused appointment to reopen it. After taking these steps, dismiss the alert by hovering over it in the *Alerts* section of the Job Tray and clicking **Close**![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/dispatch-board-alerts-faq-image-44wsiug7.png).
