What should I do if dismissed estimates still appear on the follow-up tab in ServiceTitan?

Problem

When you dismiss an estimate, it still appears on the follow-up tab. This happens if the opportunity linked to the estimate is not dismissed.

Solution

After you dismiss the opportunity, it and its linked estimate will no longer appear on your follow-up tab. This keeps your follow-up tab clean and focused on active tasks.

Dismiss opportunity

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the Opportunities tab.

2. Find the opportunity linked to the estimate you dismissed.

3. Click the opportunity to open it.

4. Look for a Dismiss button or option within the opportunity details.

5. Click Dismiss to dismiss the opportunity.

6. Confirm the dismissal if prompted.
