# Disable the Web Scheduler (Legacy)

## Overview

This article helps you prevent customers from booking a job through the web scheduler.

## Things to Know

- If you don't want to see the Web Scheduler on your website, you should remove the widget from your website. In this case, you should contact a person who designed or controls your current website, because ServiceTitan can't help you with that.
- The web scheduler has two setup options:
  - *Unlimited Availability*—The time slots are always available to book, no matter how full your dispatch board is.
  - *Using Real Time Availability using the "Open Capacity" board—*This is legacy capacity planning not Adjustable Capacity Planning (ACP). ## Limit job booking

There is no possibility to turn off the web scheduler. Instead, you can limit job bookings with *Open Capacity*.

To do that:

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click **Settings**![A simple icon representing a settings gear. ](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-settings-inactive.png)****.
2. In the side panel, click **Communications** > **Web Appointments**. 4. Check whether or not the *Display real time availability* box is selected. If the *Display real time availability* box is selected, make sure to select it.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** If you don't see the Display real time availability box, contact Support or your Customer Support Manager (CSM) and ask them to turn on the Legacy Capacity Planning feature.

Once the *Display real time availability* box is selected, it means the web scheduler will only show availability if the capacity board shows availability. If there is 0 availability showing in the *Schedule* tab's **Open Capacity field**, all available arrival windows will be grayed out and the button for a booking request will be deactivated.
