# Deleting a voided payment

## Problem

A credit card payment is voided or did not process correctly. You want to remove the payment.

## Solution

1. On the navigation bar, click **Accounting**.
2. In the side menu, click **Customer Payments**.
3. In the *Customer Payments* module, [search for the payment](/v1/docs/use-customer-payments-and-bank-deposits-modules-with-txn-hub#search-paymentsdeposits) you want to delete.
4. Next to the payment you want to delete, click **Actions > Delete Payment**.
