# Configure fields on the job booking screen

## Overview

You can add additional fields to your Job Booking screen to fit with your workflow.

## Configure additional fields

You can configure the following for your Job Booking screen:

- Customer PO#
- Arrival Windows
- Edit End Time
- Required Fields

To configure these fields:

1. Go to the top toolbar and click **Settings**![A simple icon representing a settings gear.](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-gnav-settings-inactive.png)****.
2. In the side panel, go to **Operations > Job Booking**. The *Job Booking* settings page opens.
3.   1. **Customer PO#:** Adds a *Customer PO#*field that gives your CSRs the option of entering the PO Number when booking a job.
  2. **Arrival Windows:**Allows your CSRs to track the time you promised to customers on the job itself. When booking a job, they can add pre-set arrival windows that align with general best practices for your business or use custom ones in special cases like multi-day jobs.

> **Note:**This setting is greyed out if you don’t have Arrival Windows set up. Arrival Windows are set up under **Settings > Operations > Arrival Windows**. See [Set up arrival windows](/v1/docs/set-up-arrival-windows) for more.
  3. **Edit End Time:** Adds an *Edit End Time* checkbox that allows your CSRs to view and edit the default end date and end time for a job. After a start time is selected, the default end time is calculated based on the job duration from the selected *Job Type* or if booking from a sold estimate, from the sold hours.

> **Note:****If Edit End Time is turned off it uses duration from the job type duration. If it is turned on it uses the sold estimate hours for the duration when booking from an estimate and ignores Job Type Duration.
  4. **Required Fields:**Select the fields you want to be required:
    1. **Make Summary Required:** Makes the *Summary*field required so that it must be filled out to proceed with booking the job.
4. When you’re done, click **Save**.
