# Complete a survey while on the phone with the customer

## Overview

If a customer hasn't responded to the job completion survey email or text, you can follow up with the customer on the phone.

## Complete a survey

Fill out a survey while on the phone with the customer:

1. Navigate to the job and click the dropdown arrow on the blue Job Actions button.
2. Select **Take Survey**.
3. Record the customer’s response (and any comments the customer might have).
4. Click **Save**.
