# What is the process to check if an invoice was emailed and where can I find this information?

## Problem

You need to check if an invoice was emailed but can't find this information on the invoice screen.

## Solution

Remember, you cannot see this information directly from the invoice screen. You must use the *History* section to find out if an invoice was emailed.

### To check the email history of an invoice

1. Go to the job associated with the invoice you want to check.
2. Scroll down to the *History* section within the job details.
3. Search through the audit trail log.
4. Find entries related to emailing the invoice. This will show you if and when the invoice was emailed.
