What is the process for changing the phone number on the estimate print view for a business unit?

Problem

You need to change the company phone number on the estimate print view. It currently shows the owner's phone number.

Solution

Follow these steps to update the phone number on the estimate print view for your selected business unit or all business units in ServiceTitan.

Update Business Unit Phone Number

1. Go to Settings.

2. Click on Operations. And select Business Units.

3. Edit the business unit you want to update. You can select all of them and click Bulk Edit if you want to change the phone number on all business units. For more details, see Bulk edit business units.

4. Click on the Phone Number to edit it.

5. Update the phone number.

6. Click Save.
