# How to Change Completion Date and Time of a Completed Job with a Pending Invoice

## Problem

The completion date and time of a completed job with a pending invoice is incorrect. You want to update the invoice to reflect the correct completion date and time.

## Solution

1. [Search for](/v1/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan) and go to the invoice with the incorrect job completion date and time.
2. On the invoice record, click **Update invoice details**.
3. On the *Update Invoice Details* screen, edit the **Date Completed** and **Time Completed** fields.
4. When finished, click **Save**.
