# Certificate window does not pop-up after installing/updating 2.0 web connector - Problem/Solution

## Problem

The Certificate window does not pop up after installing/updating QBD 2.0 web connector.

## Solution

### Delete connection

If the certificate window does not pop up after installing/updating 2.0 web connector:

2.
