Calls bubbles not popping up in ServiceTitan

Problem

You noticed that the calls come in to your office number but the call bubble is not generated in ServiceTitan.

Solution

Ensure the customer is calling a tracking number—not a forwarding number—as only tracking numbers trigger call bubbles.

Place Test Calls to Confirm Tracking Number Functionality

  1. Confirm the caller is not dialing your forwarding number, instead of one of your tracking numbers.        

    Note: Call bubbles are only generated if the customer calls your ServiceTitan tracking numbers. The forwarding number never generates call bubbles.

  2. Place a test call to your tracking number to verify the system generates a call bubble in the Job Booking screen.        

    1. If you see the call bubble in ServiceTitan, the customer most likely called your forwarding number.

    2. If the system does not generate a call bubble when you call one of the tracking numbers, reach out to ServiceTitan Technical Support for further assistance.
