# What is causing the booking confirmation checkbox to remain grayed out on the call booking screen?

## Problem

The booking confirmation checkbox is grayed out even after setting up job booking confirmations.

## Solution

### Confirm you have a location record selected

1. Go to the call booking screen.
2. Search for and select a customer or location. This is necessary for the booking confirmation checkbox to become active.
