You can track TGLs in reports and set up bonuses to incentivize your technicians to generate new business. When you create the TGL, you book a new job that credits the technician assigned to the existing job with the TGL. 1. [Search for](/v1/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan#search-for-records) and open the job record you want to create a lead from. 2. Add details for the new job. > **Note:** The new job uses customer and service location details from the existing job. 4. Use the **Lead-Setting Employee** dropdown to select the technician who generated the lead. 5. [Search for](/v1/docs/use-search-in-servicetitan#search-for-records) and open the job record. 2. Select **Lead from another job**. 4. In the **Lead Generated From** field, enter the job number for the job where the technician generated the lead. 5. Click the **Lead generated by** dropdown and select the technician who generated the lead. 6. [Book](/v1/docs/book-a-job) a separate job for each lead that is generated. Credit the technician who generated the lead on each of those jobs.
