Batch Shows Partially Exported in ServiceTitan

Problem

A batch shows as partially exported in ServiceTitan, while all items have been exported to the accounting software. This can cause inaccurate record-keeping and inconsistency between ServiceTitan and your accounting software.

Solution

If a batch shows as partially exported in ServiceTitan but all items have exported successfully to your accounting software, do the following:

  1. Confirm that all items have been successfully exported to the accounting software.

  2. If all items have been exported, bypass the batch in ServiceTitan so it displays as exported.
