# Assign workstream leads

## Overview

Use *Workstream Leads* to help delegate your company’s onboarding process to the experts at your company to ensure tasks are completed correctly.

## Things to know

- You must assign Workstream Leads and complete your company's basic onboarding process before you can fully customize your ServiceTitan setup with TitanAdvisor Prepare to Launch.
- Workstream Leads are also responsible for completing their assigned Workstream sections once in TitanAdvisor Prepare to Launch.

## Assign a different implementation lead

If this is your first time logging into ServiceTitan, you’ll see a welcome screen. Click **Get Started** to continue.

If you are not the best person to serve as the implementation lead for your company, you can assign someone else as the lead.

2. Enter the name and email address of the person who will serve as the implementation lead.

4. On the confirmation message that opens, verify the information you provided is correct, and click **Confirm**. ![ confirmation message](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/assign-workstream-leads-image-r5wpicz1.png)The implementation lead is sent an email to sign up for ServiceTitan, and they’ll follow the steps in the [Assign workstream leads](/v1/docs/assign-workstream-leads#assign-workstream-leads) section to complete the process.

If you are not the implementation lead during the implementation process, you won’t be able to log into ServiceTitan until the initial setup is complete.

## Assign workstream leads

1. After the welcome screen, select your implementation lead. The implementation lead is the primary contact for your company. **Select I am the lead** if you’re serving this role, or **Someone else is the lead** if it should be someone else at your company. Follow the below steps if you are the lead. 2. On the next screen, assign your workstream leads. You can:

  2. Select other employees responsible for specific workstreams.

3. Continue assigning Workstream Leads to each individual workstream. When you’re finished, any Workstream Leads will be able to begin completing their individual Workstream onboarding discovery questionnaires. For more, see [Onboarding Discovery process](/v1/docs/onboarding-discovery-process).
