# An agent is not getting credit for booking a manual job

## Problem

An agent is not getting credit for a manual job they booked. This occurs when another agent accidentally linked an unrelated call to the job in question.

## Solution

To solve the issue, detach the incorrect call from the job.

### Detach incorrect calls from the job

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click **Search**.
2. From the *Search* dropdown select **Job**.
3. Type the job number in question in the filter.
4. Run search.
5. Click the job number.
