What is the process for adding the equipment model to the provider catalog?

Problem

The equipment model is missing from the provider catalog.

Solution

Updates to the catalog depend on the vendor. Regularly check your pricebook for the latest updates.

Check your pricebook updates

  1. Go to Pricebook > Equipment and check if the equipment model is already in the system. Sometimes, models may be listed under a different code.

  2. If you can't find the model, it might not be updated in the supplier catalog yet.

  3. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.

  4. In the side menu, under Pricebook Connect, click Updates.

  5. On the Updates screen, click the Provider dropdown and select the catalog you want to view updates for.

  6. Review the available catalog updates on the Equipment tab.

  7. Wait for the supplier catalog to update their catalog. New models and updates are added regularly.
