You want to add another email address to receive service follow-up alerts in ServiceTitan.

Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

Add recipient to the alert

  1. Go to the top toolbar and click Settings   .

  2. In the side panel, click Integrations > Alerts.

  3. Find the alert you want.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Add more recipients in the Recipients field. 

  6. Click Save Changes to apply the new settings.
