How to resolve “Action Cancelled” error message when updating Idle Time settings

Problem

While trying to change idle time settings, you might see this error: "Action cancelled The value of item with key 'Config:PayForIdleTimeUpTo:Tenant: [COMPANY NAME]' has been modified by another transaction."

Solution

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select People.

  3. Choose Payroll.

  4. Click on Idle.

  5. Make the changes to remove or adjust idle time settings as needed.

If you see the error message, it means another change is happening at the same time. Wait a moment, then try your changes again.
