# Action Canceled 'Failed. ServiceTitan Internal Error. Batch Is Not Queued'

## Problem

Error is received when attempting to export a batch: Action Canceled "Failed. ServiceTitan Internal Error. Batch Is Not Queued".

## Solution

### Move the items into a new batch and re-export

When receiving the error Action Canceled "Failed. ServiceTitan Internal Error. Batch Is Not Queued", follow these steps to resolve the error:

7. 8. You can now export the new batch.

### Check for inactive vendor

Another possible cause of the error is if an inactive vendor has been used on a bill within the batch. To fix:

1. Activate vendor OR change to a different active vendor on bill
2. Re-export the batch
