# Why is the membership sales task not showing as a sales task on the Create Membership Sale Invoice screen?

## Problem

The membership sales task does not show up because it is inactive in the Pricebook.

## Solution

By following these steps, you can see the membership sales task when creating a membership sale invoice.

### Confirm sales membership task is active

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Pricebook**.
2. In the side panel, click **Services**.
3. Use the search field to find the membership sales task.
4. If you can't find it, click **Filters** to open the *Filters* screen.
5. 6. Activate the membership sales task.
  1. Click **Actions** and select the **Activate** option. Or,
  2. Click **Actions** and select the *View/Edit* option.
  3. On the *Edit* screen, enable the **Inactive** toggle to activate the item.
