# Why is the call number tag missing in Job Booking, and how do I fix it?

## Problem

The user doesn't see the number of incoming calls on hold as they used to.

## Solution

Clear the browser data to resolve the issue.

### Clear cache in Chrome

1. On your computer, open *Google Chrome*.
2. At the top right, click **More** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-more-vert.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T03%3A48%3A04Z&se=2026-10-31T04%3A48%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Mtf8HpnyCY%2Fz5lmO6MdlzjBIAoZaIqY%2BuyxzFSa3zeE%3D) and then **Delete browsing data**.
3. A new window opens.
4. Select the **Advanced** tab.
5. From the *Time range* dropdown, select **All time**.
6. Select **Cookies and other site data** and **Cached images and files**.
7. Click **Clear data**.
