# Why does the ServiceTitan Mobile app close when I'm filling out a form?

## Problem

The ServiceTitan Mobile app closes unexpectedly. This forces technicians to restart forms they were filling out. The issue occurs when the form is nearly complete.

## Solution

Follow the steps below to solve the issue.

### Delete and reinstall the ServiceTitan Mobile app

1. On your mobile device, locate the ServiceTitan app.
2. Press and hold the icon until options appear
3. Select **Delete** or **Uninstall**.
4. Go to the [App Store](https://www.apple.com/app-store/) for iOS or [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/games?hl=en) for Android.
5. Search for ServiceTitan.
6. Download and install the ServiceTitan Mobile app.

### Check for ServiceTitan Mobile app updates

1. Open the [App Store](https://www.apple.com/app-store/) for iOS or [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/games?hl=en) for Android.
2. Search for ServiceTitan.
3. If an update is available, tap **Update**.

### Update your mobile device

For iOS:

1. Go to **Settings > General > Software Update**.
2. If an update is available, tap **Download and Install**.

For Android:

1. Go to **Settings > System > System update.**
2. Tap **Check for update**.
3. If available, follow the prompts to install.

### Record your screen

1. Start a new job in the ServiceTitan mobile app.
2. Begin recording your screen.
3. Fill out the form until the app closes.
4. Save the recording.
