This issue occurs when the template is removed from the warehouse. ## Solution You can resolve the issue of items not appearing in the *Replenishment* module due to a missing template in the warehouse. ### Verify and re-assign templates to warehouses for inventory management 1. Check if the template is linked to your warehouse: 1. Go to the Inventory section in ServiceTitan. 2. Select Warehouses. 2. Find and click on your Warehouse to open its details. 1. Verify if the template is assigned. 2. Look for a section labeled *Templates* within the warehouse details. 3. If you do not see your template listed, it means it has been removed. 3. Re-assign the template to the warehouse: 1. In the *Templates* section, click the option to add or link a template. 2. Select the correct template from the list provided. 3. Save your changes to ensure the template is now linked to the Warehouse. 4. Check the *Replenishment* module: 1. Go back to the *Replenishment* module in ServiceTitan. 2. Refresh the page or navigate away and return to see if the items now populate. 5. Double-check the minimum(s) set for items. If the item is not below the minimum, a replenishment will not be created until this occurs.
