# Why discounts don’t apply to certain estimate items?

## Problem

Discounts don’t apply to some estimate items. While certain items calculate the discount correctly, others do not.

## Solution

### Allow discounts codes

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Pricebook**.
2. In the side menu, click **Services**.
3. Find the item that won’t accept the discount.
4. 5. 6. When finished, click **Save**.
