# Why can’t I see Settings in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

## Solution

### Grant access to settings

1. Go to the navigation bar and click **Settings ![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/why-cant-i-see-settings-in-servicetitan-image-k7m95rtc.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T01%3A37%3A58Z&se=2026-10-31T02%3A37%3A58Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=ccZWa4IF94Hpjol%2FKF5W5BeQXeDsonM%2BGBPrF63W37s%3D)**.
2. In the side panel, click **People > Employees**.
3. Select your profile and click **Edit** next to your profile.
4. Go to the **Permissions** tab.
5. Enable the *Access settings* permission in the search bar.
6. When finished, click **Save Changes**.
