# Why can’t I download a ServiceTitan form as a PDF?

## Problem

Forms exported from Settings become JSON files that Adobe cannot open. ServiceTitan forms cannot be directly downloaded as PDFs from the Forms section.

## Solution

### Print a form

1. Go to the top toolbar bar and click **Search** or press **CTRL + /** on your keyboard. Use your mouse or press **Tab** on your keyboard to browse the results.
2. Search for the job record you want. The system shows all available options.
3. Scroll down to the *History* section.
4. Click the **Files** tab.
5. Click **Create** on the form you want to download.
6. Leave the form blank without filling in any information.
7. Click **Save**.
8. Hover over the newly created form in the *Files* section.
9. The form will download as a PDF file.
