When you click to call your technician from the Dispatch Board, expect the call to come to your number first. ### Understand the expected behavior 1. Call your technician from the Dispatch Board. 2. Pick up the call. 3. When you answer, ServiceTitan will then bridge the call to your technician. This process is necessary because ServiceTitan cannot directly control your phone to start calls. It needs to connect through your number first. Remember, this is the same method used when calling customers. It ensures that all calls are properly bridged through the platform.
