# Where can I find the phone number a customer called from?

## Problem

You cannot find the phone number a customer called from in your system.

## Solution

Use the *Modular Dashboard* reporting to find the call details.

### Check the Call Metrics

1. Go to the ServiceTitan **Modular Dashboard**.
2. Check the *Call Metrics* section.
3. Look for the previous call details to find the customer's phone number.
