# Where can I find forms filled out in the My Forms tab without a job?

## Problem

Forms filled out in the *My Forms* tab on the app are not easily visible on the office side when no job is linked to them.

## Solution

### Search for filled out forms in ServiceTitan

1. Go to the top toolbar and click **Search**.
2. Click the dropdown menu next to the search bar.
3. Select **Forms** from the dropdown options.
4. Enter the name of the form in the search bar.
5. Filter the form by the **Form Name** and **Assigned To** fields. 6. Press **Enter** or click **Search**.
7. Review the search results to find the filled out forms.
