# What permissions do I need to create reports in Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitan?

## Problem

Users can't access Rollup Reporting in Enterprise Hub and generate reports in ServiceTitan due to missing permissions.

## Solution

Follow the steps below to access reports in Enterprise Hub and ServiceTitan.

### Access Rollup Reporting in Enterprise Hub

Adjust Enterprise Hub permissions for the user's assigned role. For more see, [Set up Rollup Reporting](/construction/docs/rollup-reporting-home).

1. Go to [enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com](http://enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com) and log in with your credentials.
2. Go to **User Management.**
3. In the side menu, click **Roles**.
4. Select the role for which you want to update permissions.
5. Click the **Enterprise Hub permissions** tab.
6. 7. When finished, click **Save Changes**.

### Access Reporting in ServiceTitan

1. Go to [enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com](http://enterprise-hub.servicetitan.com) and log in with your credentials.
2. Go to **User Management.**
3. In the side menu, click **Roles**.
4. Select the role for which you want to update permissions.
5. Click the **ServiceTitan permissions** tab.
6.
