# What is the process to enable service agreements?

## Problem

Service Agreements and other features like document templates need to be enabled on your account.

## Solution

To start using Service agreements, you need to have Template Manager and service agreements enabled on your account.

1. Confirm your account has the Template Manager feature:
  1.   2. 2. If not, reach out to your success manager or contact [Technical Support](/construction/docs/create-or-edit-visit-templates#:~:text=feature.%20Please%20contact-,Technical%20Support,-for%20details.%C2%A0) and ask to enable *Document Templates Manager* and *Service Agreements* on your account.
