On the navigation bar, go to **Reports**. 2. Search for the **Email Delivery Status** report. This report shows the delivery status of all your outbound ServiceTitan emails, and statements are sent by email. 3. Use the **Email From Date – Email To Date** filter to set the time frame. 4. Click **Run Report**. 5. When the report finishes, click the **Filter** icon on the **Emailed Item** column and select **Customer Statement** to show only the statement emails. > [!NOTE] > **✓ Done ·** The report lists only the statement emails for your date range, so you can see how many statements were sent and which customers received them. ![Email Delivery Status report results filtered to Customer Statement](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/what-is-the-process-to-create-a-report-that-shows-how-many-statements-were-sent-to-customers-with-their-names-image-o6943cnl.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A39%3A42Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A39%3A42Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=cNo%2FTnX4RxCBlMIWJkNj73kgcXTwT82m4jYmUAB7Zdc%3D) ## **Still not working?** Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support at [**go.servicetitan.com/ask**](https://go.servicetitan.com/ask) with: - The date range you ran the report for - Whether you filtered the **Emailed Item** column to **Customer Statement** - Whether you're looking for a count, a customer list, or both - A screenshot of the report results - Which steps from this article you already tried ## **Want to learn more?** [**Email Delivery Status report ›**](https://help.servicetitan.com/construction/docs/email-delivery-status-report) Overview of the report that tracks the delivery status of all outbound ServiceTitan emails.
