Dismissing the visit marks the visit as complete, recognizes the revenue, and does not alter the Scope of Work or the Total Agreement Price. On an agreement that uses *Time of Service* billing with *Immediate* revenue recognition, dismissing a visit also generates an invoice. You cannot undo this action. However, you can add additional visits to the Service Agreement if needed. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** Because the dismissal cannot be undone, neither can the invoice it generates. ### Add a new visit 1. Go to the Active Service Agreement. 2. Click **Visits**. 3. Click **+Add Visit**. 4. Add the necessary visit details and click **Continue**. 5. Review the visit details and click **Save**.
