# What is the process for generating a report that shows customer credits in ServiceTitan?

## Introduction

To generate a report for customer credits in ServiceTitan, go to the **Reports** tab and search for the AR Transactions By Customer report. Click **Edit Columns**, search for the *Credit* column, and add it to your report. Save your changes and run the report to view customer credits.

## Solution

### Use Reporting

1. Go to the **Reports** in the main navigation menu.
2. Search for and open the *AR Transactions By Customer* report.
3. Click **Edit Columns**.
4. Search for the **Credit** column.
5. Add the Credit column to your report.
6. **Save** your changes.
7. Run the report to see customer credits.
