# What is the process for emailing multiple estimates at once and how can they be grouped together in an opportunity?

## Problem

You can email multiple estimates at once by grouping them together in an opportunity.

## Solution

To email multiple estimates at once, you first need to group them together in an opportunity. You can then use the *email all estimates at once* option to email all the estimates grouped in the opportunity at once.

### Workflow to resolution

1. Create or use an existing opportunity.
  1. Find the customer you want to email estimates for.
  2. Check if there is an existing opportunity for this customer. If not, click **New Opportunity** to create a new one.
2. Add estimates to the opportunity.
  1. Open the opportunity you created or found.
  2. Add all the estimates you want to email to this opportunity. Make sure each estimate is correctly linked.
3. Email the estimates.
  1. In the opportunity, find the estimate you wish to email.
  2. Click the **Email** icon next to the estimate.
  3. Before sending the email, select **email all estimates at once**.
  4. Email the estimates.

By following these steps, you can email multiple estimates at once by grouping them together in an opportunity.
