# What is the process for accessing voicemails in Dialpad app?

## Problem

You need to access voicemails but you are unsure how to find them in the Dialpad app.

## Solution

1. Open the Dialpad app on your device.
2. Click **Inbox** on the left side of your screen.
3. Select **Voicemails** from the options available.
4. Look for the message you want to listen to. You will see the caller ID, a transcript of the message, how long the message is, and when it was left.
5. Click **Play** to listen to the audio.
