# What is the location of the audit trail for opportunities and how can I access it?

## Problem

You need to see if tasks or equipment are added to an opportunity. You also want to check if an estimate is dismissed by mistake.

## Solution

Make sure to add tasks or equipment to an opportunity and check accidentally not to dismiss estimates.

### Access audit trail

1. Open ServiceTitan.
2. Go to the navigation bar and click **Follow Up.**
3. Find the opportunity you want to check.
4. Click the opportunity to open it.
5. Scroll down to the *Opportunity* section.
6. Look for the *Audit Trail* section. This is where you see all actions taken on this opportunity, including added tasks, equipment, and any estimates that are dismissed.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** Actions listed in the audit trail can't be deleted. This ensures you have a complete history of what happened with the opportunity.

A downloadable log of who changed what record and when.

**What it does:** Provides change history for accountability, error investigation, and compliance across teams.
