No error message appears, and nothing happens when you click to download. The pick list is normally a document that lists the items to collect from an inventory location. ## **Why this happens** There are 2 common reasons. **Reason 1** **A product defect blocked the download (now fixed).** When you clicked to download the pick list, the Project/Job Number selector that has to load first didn't load, so the download never started. This was fixed and released in a recent update. **Reason 2** **A local browser problem is interfering.** If you're on a current version of ServiceTitan and still hit this, the cause is likely something local — such as a browser blocking the download or serving a stale, cached page. **Before you start** You need permission to view and download inventory requisitions. If you don't have it, contact your administrator. ## **How to fix it** Run these checks in order. ### **1****Make sure you're on the current version and refresh** 1. Open the project and go to the requisition created under it. 2. Do a hard refresh of the page (**Ctrl+Shift+R** on Windows, **Cmd+Shift+R** on Mac) to load the latest version. 3. Try to download the pick list again. > [!NOTE] > **✓ Done ·** The pick list downloads, and you can open and print it. ### **2****If it still doesn't download, rule out a local browser problem** 1. Check whether your browser is blocking pop-ups or downloads from ServiceTitan, and allow them if so. 2. Clear your browser cache (usually under **History** or **Privacy & Security**) to remove stale files, then retry. 3. Try a different browser or an incognito/private window. > [!NOTE] > **✓ Done ·** The pick list downloads after allowing downloads, clearing the cache, or switching browsers. > [!NOTE] > **✓ Next ·** If it still won't download after these checks, this is not the known (resolved) issue — contact Support with the details below. ## **Still not working?** Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support at [**go.servicetitan.com/ask**](https://go.servicetitan.com/ask) with: - The project and requisition numbers - The browser and version you're using - What happens when you click to download (nothing, an error, a blank file) - Whether clearing the cache or trying another browser changed anything ## **Want to learn more?** [**Edit, download, and cancel inventory requisitions ›**](https://help.servicetitan.com/construction/docs/edit-download-and-cancel-inventory-requisitions) How to open, edit, download, and cancel a requisition once it's created.
