# What is causing the Pricebook task to not show up when trying to add it to an invoice?

## Problem

The pricebook task is missing when adding a task to an invoice. This happens because of its setup in the pricebook.

## Solution

Make the pricebook task show up for invoices.

### Add the pricebook task to an invoice

1. In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click **Pricebook**.
2. Search for the pricebook task within services.
3. Click **More**![](https://cdn.document360.io/961862ab-d0f2-4d91-bb62-a62ee8184eff/Images/Documentation/icon-more-vert-blue.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T02%3A37%3A51Z&se=2026-10-31T03%3A37%3A51Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=3uNx%2BCnXPQX%2FKsFJDXXWfyQe93P7xZxLCOnDFMd11U4%3D)and select the *View/Edit* Service option.
4. Click the **Workflow** tab.
5. Select the **Do nothing** option.
6. Click **Save**.

After these steps, the pricebook task will be available to add to your invoice.
