# What is causing incoming SMS messages to not come through to one of the tracking numbers?

## Problem

Incoming SMS messages are not coming through to one of the numbers listed in **Settings > Phones**.

## Solution

Check if the number allows incoming SMS messages. If not, enable this option.

### Check your phone settings

1. 2. Select **Phones > Phone Numbers**.
3. 4. In the *Allow Incoming SMS?* section, select **Yes**.
