# What are the steps to make a form downloadable in PDF format from the office side in ServiceTitan?

## Problem

You need to download forms built within ServiceTitan as PDF files from the office side.

## Solution

After you complete the form in ServiceTitan, follow these steps to download it from the office.

### Download a form in PDF format

1. Go to the job where the form is completed.
2. Scroll down to the job's *Audit Trail,* and select **Files.**
3. Under **Forms,** click the completed form you want to download as a PDF.
4. On the new tab, find the **Print** or **Download** option, usually at the top right.
  1. If you choose to print, a print preview window will open. Change the *Destination* printer to **Save as PDF** or a similar option in the print preview window, and click **Save**.

If you choose to download, click **Download** and save the form as a PDF on your computer.

A downloadable log of who changed what record and when.

**What it does:** Provides change history for accountability, error investigation, and compliance across teams.
