# View and edit timesheets with Flexible Timekeeping in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

## Overview

If your office is using Flexible Timekeeping, you can view your created timesheets for the day to check your work. If you have permission for it, you can also edit or delete timesheets, if needed.

## View timesheets in the Field Mobile App

- Timesheets are organized by pay period.

## Track mileage in the Field Mobile App

If your office uses [Fleet Pro](/construction/docs/fleet-pro-home) and has [enabled GPS mileage tracking](/construction/docs/set-up-gps-timekeeping-integration), you can view your mileage in your timesheets.

To view your mileage:

1. 2. Locate the *Driving* timesheet you want to view.

> **Note:** You can't edit your mileage in the Field Mobile App because it's automatically populated from payroll, which receives it from Fleet Pro.

## Edit or delete a timesheet in the Field Mobile App

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** The *Allow to edit timesheets* permission is required to edit and delete timesheets. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

To edit a timesheet:

1. On the *Timesheets* screen, tap a timesheet to open it.
2. Make any necessary changes.
3. When finished, tap **Save**.

If you need to delete the timesheet:

1. 2. ## Track allocated hours in the Field Mobile App

*Allocated Hours* is associated with jobs created from [service agreements](/construction/docs/service-agreements-home), where hours estimated at the [Project](/construction/docs/project-management-home) stage carry over to the resulting jobs. Check your allocated hours to see if your working time is going over or under your budgeted hours.

> **Note:** The *Allocated Hours* section isn't automatically available on every account using Flexible Timekeeping—it requires additional account-level configuration. If you don't see this section on the *Job* tab, contact ServiceTitan Support (through the office) or email [support@servicetitan.com](mailto:support@servicetitan.com) to check whether it can be enabled for your business.

To view allocated hours:

1. Open your current job.
2. Tap the **Job** tab and scroll to the *Allocated Hours* section.
